Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field; Master's degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 5+ years in direct education preferred.
• Familiar with onboarding support for central staff to reduce attrition and meet the needs of all employees.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Ability to design and deliver effective online and in-person learning for adults.
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills and experience working as a member of a team towards a common goal.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and train stakeholders on use of performance management systems, instructional strategies, engagement strategies, intervention and support, and classroom management.
• Coordinate and manage projects with stakeholders to identify areas needing instructional, induction, leader development, relationship management, and conflict resolution trainings.
• Continuously monitor data and use evidence-based findings to inform onboarding, retention, and performance management initiatives.
• Evaluate current onboarding, retention, and professional development processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Execute large-scale district events such as new hire orientation, professional development training, leader/manager sessions and focus groups.
• Create and implement job-specific professional development sessions for various roles.
• Conduct surveys and focus groups, analyze results, and develop action plans to improve mentoring and central staff development programs.
• Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
