Job summary

Dallas Independent School District seeks an Executive Director to lead instructional service delivery and school improvement across campuses. You will collaborate with the division regional superintendent, executive directors and principals to accelerate student achievement and close gaps.

The role emphasizes developing improvement plans, coaching staff, data-driven instruction, compliance with policies, and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in educational administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of directly related educational experience.
• Experience managing school-level improvement initiatives and programs.
• Knowledge of data-driven instruction and district policy frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with division leaders and school principals to raise student achievement.
• Develop and monitor school improvement plans aligned to district goals.
• Provide coaching and supports to campuses using data-driven strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and district policies and procedures.
• Report progress to the chief of School Leadership and regional superintendents.

Education

Master's Degree in educational administration or related field

3 years of related educational experience
