Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist III to lead training initiatives, develop programs, and manage onboarding for supervisors and new leaders. You will deliver instructor-led sessions, build capacity across housing, shelter, and family services, and report results with data-driven analytics.

Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field and 5 years’ experience.
Experience training diverse populations.
Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

Responsibilities

Conduct annual agency-wide training needs assessment and deliver a written report with recommendations.
Set training objectives with program leaders to fit each program's environment.
Administer the learning and development budget and source materials.
