Delta Air Lines, Inc. in Atlanta seeks a Senior Learning Facilitator to support the delivery, coordination, and ongoing improvement of pilot training programs, focusing on non-technical content.

You will facilitate learning experiences, manage course materials, and lead courseware updates and virtual learning events while upholding safety and learner engagement. The role collaborates with teams to ensure content stays accurate and learner-centered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Age 18+ with authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate non-technical pilot training programs and learning experiences.
• Coordinate and deliver multiple concurrent training programs (materials, schedules, communications, learner support).
• Conduct instruction for programs like Pilot Instructor/Evaluator Indoctrination and New Hire Indoctrination.
• Lead Virtual Learning events and support courseware development and maintenance.
• Apply adult learning theory, communication skills, and evaluation strategies to deliver effective instructor-led training.
• Develop, review, and modify supporting courseware to keep content accurate and learner-centered.
• Suggest practical improvements to training materials to boost engagement and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teams and partners to create or revise instructor guides and learning tools.
• Support end-to-end training program development from concept to implementation.
