Job summary

Delta Air Lines is seeking a co-op in the Pilot Learning team to support project management and process improvement across Flight Ops Learning infrastructure. You will coordinate activities, prepare performance updates, and help develop dashboards and documentation across several rotations in Atlanta, GA.

This role requires you to be an undergraduate student (sophomore or higher) with at least 30 semester hours, maintaining a 2.5 GPA, and being able to work three alternating semesters.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled as an undergraduate with at least 30 semester hours completed.
  • Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
  • This co-op provides educational work experience and does not guarantee full-time employment.
  • Work three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA as scheduled.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and direct multiple project activities with the Manager, Pilot Learning.
  • Prepare and communicate project performance, cost updates, and status reports.
  • Drive strategic and process-focused initiatives supporting Flight Operations Learning infrastructure.
  • Prepare project and team documentation and capture action items.
  • Update and leverage project management tools for visibility of timelines and success metrics.
  • Assist in creating operational dashboards and roadmaps for leadership.
