Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate (sophomore or above) with at least 30 semester hours completed.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Co-op does not guarantee full-time opportunities after graduation.
• Work three alternating semesters: Spring 2027, Fall 2027, Summer 2028 in Atlanta, GA.
• Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Pursuing a bachelors degree in a related field and full-time student.
• Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct project activities with Manager, Pilot Learning.
• Prepare and communicate project performance, cost updates, and status reports.
• Update and leverage project management tools to provide visibility.
• Assist with project documentation and team documentation.
• Attend project planning meetings and take meeting notes.
• Support creation of operational dashboards and roadmaps.
• Identify process improvements and action items.
• Ensure alignment with team strategy and PM ecosystem.
