Crossover, on behalf of Alpha, is seeking a Coaching Manager to build and lead a high-performing team of Guides. You will coach, mentor, and develop leaders, creating an environment where students consistently exceed expectations.

This full-time, on-site role focuses on launching new campuses, driving data-driven improvements, and maintaining uncompromising standards. If you can raise others' performance and love challenging conventional education, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership/education experience.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to work on-site at multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve performance.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses and establish a culture of excellence.
