Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's Workplace Health and Safety team is seeking a Learning Experience Designer. You will translate complex information into clear, engaging content and lead design across the ADDIE cycle, collaborating with global teams to build capabilities for associates, safety professionals, managers, engineers, and technicians.

You will shape LX strategy, own the training roadmap, manage LMS content and scheduling, and measure impact with data.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree plus 5 years in Education Technology, Instructional Design/Technology, Adult Education, Visual Communications, or related field.
• MS/MA degree plus 3 years in the same disciplines is preferred.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Design engaging, scalable training solutions across ADDIE stages.
• Manage LMS content, scheduling, and reporting.
• Develop content in shared libraries and ensure quality.
• Measure learning impact and continuously improve programs.
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
