Job summary

Amplitude is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to shape learning journeys for Amplitude customers, creating engaging eLearning, videos, and certifications that help users excel with our analytics platform.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, translate complex topics into accessible content, and manage end-to-end content projects while measuring impact with learner analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design or learning experience design, focusing on eLearning or certification development.
• Proficiency with SCORM authoring, LMS platforms, video editing, and other eLearning tools.
• Experience applying AI to improve learning outcomes.
• Experience delivering high-stakes certification programs from design to launch.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong project management and ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality eLearning modules, videos, and interactive content.
• Identify opportunities to improve education systems and learner experiences using technology and AI.
• Assist with certification programs, ensuring alignment with standards and value.
• Collaborate on certification exam questions with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to translate complex topics into clear learning content.
• Manage end-to-end projects from concept to launch, aligning with objectives.
• Leverage learner feedback and analytics to iterate and improve content.
• Contribute to overall learning strategy with other learning functions.
