Job summary

Cec Companies is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning experiences that support role development, safety, compliance, and onboarding. Focus will be on e-learning (Articulate Rise) with video (Camtasia) and Canva, plus instructor-led and blended programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or closely related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive Instructional Design experience, with 3+ years in lead/senior roles.
• Proven ability to design sequenced, outcome-driven learning for adult professionals in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs assessments to identify performance gaps and best instructional approaches.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and validate technical accuracy.
• Design sequenced learning paths and curricula for progressive skill development.
• Develop instructor-led and blended course packages with scripts and materials.
• Create and package branded content for multiple delivery methods (e-learning, ILT, blended).
• Manage LMS content lifecycle including organization, tagging, updating, and retirement.
