CHRISTUS Health is seeking a senior Learning Experience Designer to lead large, complex initiatives and create diverse learning materials, including videos, games, job aids, guides, ILT, and e-learning. You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design effective training across modalities and ensure brand consistency.

The role requires 3+ years in instructional design, strong multimedia capabilities, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning tools.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field or 7 years of relevant experience required.
Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience designing and developing high-quality, engaging educational materials and content to include online learning/digital modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, guides, and other training or educational assets.
Experience developing multimedia products (video, audio, etc.) strongly preferred.
Experience forming relationships with Subject Matter Experts and customers from a wide array of functional areas.
