Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Senior Partner, Learning & Development to lead assessment, design, and delivery of training programs across the organization. You will partner with business leaders and SMEs to identify development needs and craft engaging content using modern instructional design practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, Instructional Design, or related field with 3–4 years L&D experience.
• Proven aptitude in developing and delivering technology-based learning programs.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to identify learning needs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with training software/tools (e.g., Articulate, InDesign).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs.
• Develop comprehensive training programs, including course outlines, materials, assessments, and learning reinforcement tools.
• Deliver training sessions using in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and e-learning modules.
• Provide coaching and support to participants to successfully apply learned skills.
• Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and emerging trends.
• Work cross-functionally with the other Learning & Development team members.
