Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and practical design.
• Experience with learning management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, implements, administers and delivers learning initiatives.
• Provides consultation on learning theory, technologies, and best practices.
• Manages learning dashboards and reports on completion and utilization.
• Partners with leaders to address L&D needs and align with business priorities.
• Supports pilots and enterprise learning initiatives across the organization.
