The position emphasizes partnership with HR and leadership to align learning with strategic priorities, manage programs, and develop scalable training solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency of experience.
• 5 years of training and organizational development experience; experience within financial services is preferred.
• Proven ability to present to large groups and communicate professionally.
• Ability to lead and develop training to meet organizational initiatives.
• Experience using LMS and instructional design software such as Adobe Captivate or Storyline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop programs aligned with organizational needs.
• Facilitate learning workshops and programs.
• Execute and manage internal programs and ensure effective development and facilitation.
• Assess, design, implement, and facilitate internal learning programs for ENBU.
• Lead day-to-day project tasks and organizational development initiatives.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the ROI of training programs.
