Job summary

Envestnet is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, deploy, and manage enterprise learning programs. You will partner with People & Culture to diagnose needs, develop content, and drive outcomes across the organization.

In this hybrid role, you will support L&D initiatives across the U.S., lead onboarding, and deliver measurable results with dashboards and KPIs. A Bachelor's degree and LMS experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual learning programs.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Experience supporting learning programs, launches and learner communications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and geographies.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and practical design.
• Experience with a learning management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, implements, administers and delivers learning initiatives for all levels.
• Performs needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge, skills and behavior.
• Provides consultation on learning theory, technologies and instructional design.
• Engages with People & Culture leaders to support L&D needs.
• Develops content specifications for course delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinates or facilitates design and delivery by external experts when needed.
• Supports across organizations functionally and geographically.
• Creates practical, measurable solutions and manages large-scale learning projects.
• Manages learning dashboards and reports learning completion and utilization.
• Recommends learning solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Facilitates L&D as instructor, designer, or internal consultant.
• Collaborates with leaders to identify leadership development opportunities.
• Keeps current with L&D trends and best practices.
• Provides status updates to mid-level leaders and stakeholders.
• Establishes KPIs and presents to management.
• Delivers enterprise learning programs via virtual and in-person formats.
• Leads onboarding and orientation sessions as assigned.
• Partners with instructional designers to incorporate feedback for improvement.
• Supports pilots, launches and implementation of enterprise learning initiatives.
• Serves as U.S.-based contact for programs and coordinates with India L&D on logistics.
