2nd Adventure is seeking a Senior Engagement & Development Specialist to join our Grinnell, IA team in a hybrid role. You will partner with our Chief Human Resources Officer to design structured learning programs, strengthen employee engagement, and measure training impact.

With 4+ years in Learning & Development and current SHRM certification, you’ll build LMS-based training, lead pulse surveys, and transform HR data into action across the organization.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on Learning & Development experience.
• Current SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
• Hands-on experience using learning management systems (LMS) to administer training, track completion and maintain records.
• Experience managing employee engagement programs or initiatives is preferred.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and written communication skills.
