The Senior Learning & Development Leader (SLDL) is primarily responsible for the successful development, delivery, execution, and management of all the Client's training-related needs. The SLDL is expected to comprehend and communicate the disease state, marketplace, and product-specific materials and must possess effective facilitation and communication skills. As a representative of the field-based medical affairs team, the candidate should be highly competent in HCP engagement, customer-facing teams, and applying skills in complex internal and external customer environments.

Job Qualifications
Education
Required: 4-year college degree.
Preferred: MBA or master's in instructional design. Experience in Women's Health is a plus.
Experience
Required: 2-3 years of pharma sales training experience, demonstrated pharma sales training skills, high-level PowerPoint skills.
Preferred: Instructional design, facilitation, and learning & development experience.
The anticipated hourly rate is $75.00 - $87.00, depending on qualifications and skills.
