The Senior Learning & Development Leader (SLDL) is responsible for developing, delivering, executing, and managing all training needs for the Client. The SLDL must understand and communicate disease states, marketplace, and product-specific materials, and possess strong facilitation and communication skills. As a representative of the medical affairs team, the candidate should be proficient in HCP engagement, customer-facing interactions, and applying skills in complex environments.

The hourly rate ranges from $75.00 to $87.00, depending on qualifications and skills.
