The Senior Learning & Development Leader (SLDL) is primarily responsible for the successful development, delivery, execution, and management of all the Client’s training-related needs. The SLDL is expected to comprehend and communicate the disease state, marketplace, and product-specific materials and must possess effective facilitation and communication skills. As a representative of the field based medical affairs team, candidate should be highly competent on aspects of HCP engagement, customer facing team, and application of applying skills in complex internal and external customer environments.

Preferred:MBA or masters in instructional design
Experience in Women's Health a plus.
Experience
Required: 2-3 yearsPharma sales training experience (must have demonstrated pharma sales training), high-level PowerPoint skills
Preferred: Instructional design, facilitation skills, learning and development experience
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $75.00 - $87.00 per hour but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
