Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support planning, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the organization. This role partners with the Learning & Development Manager to coordinate activities, manage the LMS, and maintain accurate training records while contributing to continuous improvement of training efforts.

Open to candidates in Ohio with strong organizational skills and a passion for employee growth, engagement, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or similar
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration
• Strong record keeping and compliance/documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company-wide training schedules and development initiatives.
• Administer and support the LMS, including course assignments, enrollments, and learner tracking.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Create and distribute learning reports, dashboards, and metrics for decision-making.
• Monitor training completion rates and follow up with teams and leaders as needed.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation learning activities for new hires.
• Gather learner feedback to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
• Organize and facilitate learning events, workshops, and sessions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, job guides, tutorials, and resources.

Job description

The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of employee learning and development programs across the organization. Partnering closely with the Learning & Development Manager, this role coordinates training activities, administers the Learning Management System (LMS), maintains training records, develops learning resources, and supports employee growth initiatives.

As we continue the adoption of our newly implemented Learning Management System, this position plays a critical role in creating a positive learner experience, driving employee engagement, supporting growth opportunities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training efforts across all departments.

salary: $30 - $31 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company-wide training schedules, learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Administer and support the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, enrollments, user support, learner tracking, and system enhancement.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, compliance documentation, and employee learning histories.
• Create and distribute learning reports, dashboards, and training metrics to support organizational decision-making.
• Monitor employee training completion rates and follow up with team members and leaders as needed.
• Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation learning activities for new hires.
• Gather and evaluate learner feedback to measure training effectiveness and return on investment.
• Organize and facilitate learning events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining training materials, job guides, tutorials, and learning resources.
• Promote learning opportunities through effective internal communications and awareness campaigns.
• Support special projects and administrative development tasks as assigned.
