Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning design, adult education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing and developing learning solutions.
• Experience translating needs into measurable objectives and sequenced learning experiences.
• Experience supporting AI, emerging tech, or technical-skilling initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, performance consulting, accessibility, assessment, and learning evaluation.
• Experience using generative AI and AI-enabled learning tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, or similar.
• Ability to guide design work, collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects, and influence without authority.
• Strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design learning pathways by translating needs into objectives and learning journeys.
• Lead design of digital, live, virtual, cohort-based, and experiential learning for AI skilling.
• Create and curate content into cohesive, role-relevant experiences.
• Apply adult learning, performance consulting, and responsible AI practices for quality.
• Collaborate with partners to identify needs, validate content, and support delivery.
• Coordinate design activities, timelines, reviews, and risk management.
• Define measurement strategies and use data to improve pathways.
• Create reusable templates to scale learning design.
