Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in learning architecture or instructional design.
Experience designing learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Experience managing learning projects from intake through delivery.

Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessment with stakeholders and SMEs to align learning with business goals.
Design comprehensive learning solutions with detailed storyboards and plans for development.
Manage project milestones, risks, and resources, coordinating with the Program Manager.
Design and implement evaluation strategies (Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4) to measure impact.
Incorporate simulations and advanced learner interactions to boost engagement.
