Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field with 8–10 years of experience.
• Experience designing instructor-led and online learning solutions.
• Ability to work with senior managers and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and designing learning solutions and development programs that are engaging and high quality.
• Creating multifaceted learning curricula including ILT, OLT, asynchronous training and post-course evaluations.
• Integrating emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, into learning solutions.
• Collaborating with SMEs to understand training needs and identify suitable content.
• Building trusting relationships with internal customers by delivering as promised.
• Conducting train-the-trainer sessions for new courses or updates.
• Maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Researching industry best practices to provide innovative solutions.
• Supporting course final quality assurance and materials review.
