First Interstate Bank is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant for a full‑time remote role based in Billings, MT, Boise, ID, Salem, OR, or Sioux Falls, SD. You will lead learning projects, design training, and partner with Compliance, Audit, and other departments to meet regulatory needs.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, course design, facilitation, and evaluation of learning impact. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience are required; travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years related experience in learning and development or training.
• Experience designing and evaluating interactive learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis conversations with internal partners and recommend solutions.
• Design and develop learning solutions via e-learning, virtual sessions, classroom, job aids, and communications.
• Facilitate learning in virtual and classroom settings to achieve objectives.
