Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver onboarding and development initiatives across the organization. You will partner with leaders, HR, and SMEs to create engaging learning experiences and measure impact.

The role emphasizes hands-on program development, continuous improvement, and influencing learning strategy while delivering training across divisions. Hybrid schedule available, up to two remote days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Training & Development or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience designing, delivering, and managing training programs.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide onboarding or development initiatives.
• Experience managing external training vendors and learning resources preferred.
• Experience with e-learning development and learning technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, delivery, and improvement of enterprise-wide onboarding programs.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and SMEs to create onboarding resources and activities.
• Analyze needs and develop learning solutions to support performance and goals.
• Coordinate and deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training; manage logistics.
