Madison Reed is seeking a Senior Manager of HCB Training Design & Enablement to design scalable learning and performance solutions for Madison Reed Hair Color Bars. This role leads instructional design, owns the LMS experience, and produces high-stakes onboarding programs and certifications.

Reporting to the VP of HCB Operations Services & Training, the role partners with Franchise, Legal, Marketing, and Ops, travels up to 25%, and shapes field enablement for major initiatives.

Formación

• 7+ years in instructional design, Learning & Development, field learning, or capability development.
• Hands-on instructional design experience with personally designed learning solutions.
• Experience designing onboarding, assessments, certification, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Experience supporting frontline teams in multi-unit retail, hospitality, beauty, service, or distributed field organization.
• Strong LMS and learning-technology experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect learning to operational performance.
• Franchise training or enablement experience preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning development tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own the HCB learning architecture and develop role-based learning journeys for key HCB positions.
• Lead redesign and standardization of HCB onboarding for District Manager, General Manager, and frontline roles.
• Personally design and develop high-priority in-person, virtual, and digital learning solutions from concept to implementation.
• Translate SME knowledge into clear objectives, practice, assessments, resources, and performance-support tools.
• Diagnose gaps to determine training, communication, process changes, or other solutions.
• Design scalable onboarding, training, certification, and train-the-trainer solutions for future franchise owners.
• Partner with Field Training to align Denovo field training with learning principles.
• Deliver scalable practical solutions using adult-learning principles, AI, and learning technology.
