J.Hilburn, Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Leader to develop scalable curricula for Stylists, aligning content with J.Hilburn’s CVP and Core Values.You will design learning paths, drive blended delivery, and partner with Regional Directors and Home Office to support growth across the United States and beyond.

The role owns onboarding redesign, trainer enablement, and continuous improvement, ensuring timely content for product launches and market needs while measuring impact on Stylist

Competenze

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in business, education, learning and development, communications, or a similar field
• Work Experience - Minimum 5-7 years in training, learning and development and sales enablement, including 2-4 years designing and owning for a distributed field or direct‑selling sales force; apparel, luxury, or high‑end retail experience preferred
• Language - English

Mansioni

• Identify training needs across the Stylist community using performance data, field input, and client feedback
• Design a structured curriculum with learning paths and verifiable skills checks
• Lead blended delivery and align curricula with regional leaders and Home Office partners
• Own onboarding redesign and time-to-productivity initiatives for new Stylists
• Train and certify regional leaders to scale training
• Ensure training content is on-brand and consistent with CVP and product launches
