The role serves as the lead instructional designer and learning architect, translating priorities into practical learning experiences and owning LMS management for the HCB population.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, Learning & Development, field learning, or capability development.
• Deep hands-on instructional-design experience required, with examples of personally designed learning solutions.
• Experience designing onboarding, assessments, certification, and/or train-the-trainer programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the HCB learning architecture and develop role-based learning journeys for key HCB positions.
• Lead redesign and standardization of HCB onboarding across roles.
• Produce high-priority in-person, virtual, and digital learning solutions from concept to implementation.
