Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead complex learning initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with business leaders, SMEs, and learning teams to design practical learning experiences that drive performance.

Experience with Degreed, Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, and industry standards is essential. You will shepherd projects from discovery to evaluation, ensure accessibility and brand alignment, and coach other designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in instructional design, instructional technology, education, or related field.
• Five+ years designing and developing corporate learning solutions with independent project ownership.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex learning projects and programs from discovery through implementation and evaluation.
• Consult with leaders and SMEs to identify performance gaps and define learning solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear objectives and practical learner experiences.
• Manage project scope, timelines, stakeholders, risks, and launch readiness.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.
• Measure learning effectiveness using assessments and business outcomes.
