Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Five+ years of experience designing and developing corporate learning solutions.
• Experience with diverse learning formats and degreed or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex learning projects from discovery through evaluation.
• Consult with leaders and SMEs to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear learning objectives and program plans.
• Manage scope, timelines, stakeholder input, and launch readiness for initiatives.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, microlearning, and blended solutions.
• Create and review learning materials including modules, guides, videos, and assessments.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive improvements based on results.
• Provide mentoring to other instructional designers and learning partners.
