Qualifications

• Master Black Belt, Lean Sensei or equivalent certification.
• 5 years of progressive management experience in an operational environment.
• 3 years of experience leading Kaizens or other improvement projects.

• Develop relationships to influence people for change.
• Drive fact-based decision making and waste elimination.
