Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department, focusing on timely preventative and corrective maintenance of facility, manufacturing, and auxiliary equipment.

The role includes coaching staff, budgeting, and implementing lean manufacturing principles such as 5-S and TPM. Strong leadership and cost-conscious thinking are essential to drive reliability and productivity.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, basic sciences, or business, or at least 5 years in manufacturing maintenance/engineering.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role with direct people management responsibilities.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or consumer packaged goods industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends as needed.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or MBA a plus.
• CMRP or CPMM certification a plus.
• Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programs for operation and repair of all production and support equipment to meet KDP quality standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal customers for plant-wide operations.
• Direct safe and efficient preventive and corrective equipment repairs to minimize downtime.
• Supervise direct reports: hiring, training, retention, planning, assigning, coaching and performance reviews.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and enforce safety compliance; drive 5-S across the site.
• Develop and manage annual maintenance budget; manage spare parts inventories.
• Participate in capital planning and process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Lead equipment audits and process CapEx requests; manage related documents.
• Support introduction of new technology and SAP-based parts management.
• Lead Lean Daily Management and TPM initiatives with KPIs and improvement metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.
