Job summary

Puget Sound Energy is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Analyst to lead medium- to large-scale process optimization initiatives. You will drive Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and A3 problem-solving efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.

You will conduct data-driven analyses, coach others in process improvement practices, and ensure alignment with PSE's strategic goals while upholding safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.
• Five years of process improvement/change management experience.
• Experience with analytics techniques to drive improvements.
• Experience with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP BW, and SAP modules.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects against tight deadlines.
• Experience leading medium to large projects.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a portfolio of process improvement events and initiatives within a business unit.
• Performs root cause analyses to drive strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Develops data-driven recommendations and may implement decisions.
• Partners with Enterprise Performance Management to identify opportunities and track benefits.
• Uses analytics to study data, identify trends and indicators with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitates cross-departmental process changes with organizational change teams.
