Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, technology, or process improvement.
• Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
• 5 years leading high-involvement process improvement or change management.
• 5 years applying analytical techniques to drive process improvements.
• Experience with Visio, Excel, SAP BW, and SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a portfolio of process improvement events, providing consultative guidance to leadership.
• Performs root cause analyses and recommends strategic and tactical improvements.
• Develops data-driven recommendations and may implement them.
• Partners with Enterprise Performance Management to identify improvement opportunities and track benefits.
• Uses advanced analytics to study data, trends, and KPIs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitates cross-departmental process changes and workshops.
• Coaches teams and leaders in process improvement methodologies.
• Ensures consistency of methodology, metrics, and documentation.
