Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required or equivalent experience.
• Five years leading high-involvement process improvement or change management initiatives.
• Five years of analytical experience using various techniques to drive improvements.
• Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SAP BW/modules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of process improvement events within a designated unit.
• Lead root cause analysis to recommend strategic actions for new or optimized processes.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations and implement decisions.
• Partner with Enterprise Performance Management to identify opportunities and track benefits.
• Apply analytics to study data, identify trends, and measure impact with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate workshops and organizational change activities to drive projects.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve business and customer results.
• Ensure quality and consistency of methodology, metrics, and documentation.
