Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/engineering/tech or related field.
• Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a portfolio of process improvement events and initiatives.
• Works with leadership on root-cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Develops and presents strategic recommendations and may implement data-driven actions.
• Partners with Enterprise Performance Management to identify opportunities and track benefits.
• Facilitates cross-functional change management and Lean workshops.
• Coaches teams and leaders in process improvement techniques.
