Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt Required, Black Belt highly preferred).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify projects with expense reduction or strategic benefits.
• Lead projects from inception to benefit realization with a focus on cross-functional teams.
• Mentor Green Belts and coach team members in project work.
• Deliver results based on ROI and stakeholder satisfaction objectives.
• Monitor and communicate results to management and the Executive Leadership Team.
