The role partners with operational leaders and client accounts to implement sustainable solutions and deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience and 9+ years in related roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience guiding teams in operations, logistics, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operational Excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and value stream improvements with measurable outcomes.
• Identify and execute strategic process improvement projects aligned to goals.
• Establish KPIs to monitor productivity, quality, service, and cost.
• Partner with leaders to align improvement strategies with priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze performance and optimize operations.
