Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly analytical Process Improvement Lead / Process Engineer with experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment operations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize workflows, and leverage data to boost throughput, quality, and cost savings across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or related roles.
• Background in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or fulfillment environments.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred) methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping, workflow design, and value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational processes to increase throughput, quality, and efficiency.
• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, and workflow documentation using Visio.
• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize Lean/Six Sigma tools to identify waste, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure process performance.
• Drive cross-functional projects from analysis through implementation and sustainment.
