Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience and 9+ years of professional experience.
• Experience leading large-scale Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing and developing teams in operations, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong Lean methodologies, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and value stream improvements to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Standardize and monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, and cost.
• Partner with leaders to align CI strategies with priorities and performance.
• Coach teams on Lean principles and drive change across the organization.
• Mentor a small team of CI professionals and allocate resources for maximum impact.
