Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant project management experience.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify projects with expense reduction or strategic benefits.
• Lead cross-functional project execution from inception to benefit realization.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across teams and vendors.
• Monitor results and communicate ROI, customer, and employee satisfaction improvements.
• Mentor Green Belts and act as change ambassador for Six Sigma initiatives.
