Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Advisor, Process Improvement to lead cross-functional initiatives that boost performance, reduce waste, and improve quality across the organization. You will apply Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and change-management methods, mentor teams, and partner with senior leaders to develop strategic roadmaps and governance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related disciplines.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience facilitating executive stakeholder engagements and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex, cross-functional process improvement initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Provide expert consultation to business leaders and drive adoption of continuous improvement principles.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions, workshops, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping sessions.
• Develop future-state process architectures, governance models, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Influence senior leaders and drive organizational change without direct authority.
