Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years in management or management consulting role, business development, large scale project management, or process improvement leadership.
• Requires Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent training/consultant experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and implements a wide variety of business improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and profitability of the organization.
• Coaches project teams on use of tools for assessing people, process and systems performance.
• Collaboratively partners with regional process improvement initiatives to leverage common initiatives and ensure alignment.
• Establishes and monitors metrics and teaches managers to use those tools to manage their environment and hold gains.
• Establishes cross-organizational relationships translating into engagements and development of adopted practices.
