Job summary

Weasler Engineering in West Bend, WI seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive profitability and operations through Lean initiatives. You will develop and implement Lean processes, measure performance, and train teams in Six Sigma, MBF, TPM, Kanban, and VSM techniques.

Reports to the plant manager and leads cross-functional improvement efforts. The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing leadership, BS in a related field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Lean and Six Sigma experience required.
• Proven track record in manufacturing leadership.
• MS Office proficiency especially Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate productive cost-improvement activities.
• Lead integration and sustainment of the CentroMotion Operating System.
• Drive lean projects using sound project management principles.
