Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Foster development of facility Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and product flow.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office operations.
• Develop project plans and ensure timely completion with savings targets.
• Design layouts, workflows, and safety practices to maximize utilization.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to create a continuous improvement road map.
• Develop capacity modeling and time standards.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians while enabling development.
• Perform data collection and root cause analysis to fix operational issues.
