Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, Kaizen, 8D).
• Develop and guide facility leads, supervisors, and managers.
• Standardize and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts and product flow.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office operations.
• Develop detailed project plans and achieve savings goals.
• Design equipment layouts and plan safety measures to maximize utilization.
• Own capital expenditures including design, vendor selection, procurement and implementation.
• Collaborate with site leadership to develop a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Create capacity models, production planning tools, and time standards.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians and support their development.
• Perform data collection, root cause analysis and practical problem-solving.
