Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean initiatives (5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, VSM, Kaizen) to eliminate waste.
• Standardize sequences and layouts to improve flow and safety.
• Develop CI roadmap and capacity modeling tools with site leadership.
• Oversee lifecycle of improvement projects to meet savings goals and timelines.
• Manage equipment CapEx, including vendor selection and procurement.
• Mentor facility Leads and Managers to foster a proactive culture.
