Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Lean Six Sigma Specialist to lead continuous improvement across the JJV supply chain. This role drives cost reduction, waste elimination, and process excellence through Lean methodologies and cross-functional leadership.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or engineering and Black Belt certification. Travel up to 10% may be involved; strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or engineering required
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma/Process Excellence (Black Belt) is required
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a regulated environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide expertise on Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen methodologies
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, Kaizen)
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to drive cost improvements, waste reduction, and productivity
• Track progress, report metrics, and provide leadership updates
• Develop and train Lean capabilities across JJV supply chain
