Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director of Process Excellence to lead Global Services’ CI and PI disciplines, leveraging Lean Six Sigma and Celonis to drive measurable improvements across functions. You will oversee a global team, shape strategy, and align initiatives with corporate goals.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions, with focus on delivering customer value and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of Process Excellence experience across shared services or similar environments.
• Nationally recognized Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt/Master Black Belt preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to lead large teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term strategies for Process Excellence within Global Services.
• Ensure PE team has resources and funding to meet objectives.
• Sponsor and participate in Steering Committees for major projects.
• Engage deeply in Phase 0/Discovery to shape project scope and value.
• Collaborate with other leaders to align objectives and tactics across functions.
• Manage the PE portfolio with reporting, value realization, and resource development.
