Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is embarking on a Lean transformation within JJV MedTech Vision Supply Chain to accelerate waste reduction, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen supply reliability. The role supports leadership in designing improvement roadmaps and building Lean capabilities for the future.

You will apply Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement, track metrics, and train teams across the supply chain to deliver yearly cost and lead-time goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain or engineering.
• 4 years of progressive business experience in a regulated industry with a strong supply chain background.
• Black Belt certification is required.
• Lean/Six Sigma/Process Excellence experience is required.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (5S, VSM, SMED, TPM,Kaizen).
• Apply Lean Six Sigma/Black Belt to drive continuous improvement and improve productivity across production lines.
• Track progress, report metrics, and provide leadership updates.
• Lead training and deployment of Lean tools across the supply chain.
• Deliver against productivity, cost, inventory, capacity, and lead-time goals.
• Instill a culture of continuous improvement and challenge the status quo.
• Plan and deliver trainings to raise organizational acumen.
• Coach partners in applying Lean methodologies.
